1. Deposits
Users may deposit supported digital assets into their Hermes account at any time. Deposits are credited once confirmed on the blockchain or internal system.
All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed.
2. Deposit Reward Withdrawal Restriction
When you receive a deposit reward, your account enters a 30-day holding period. During this time, withdrawals are temporarily disabled.
This helps maintain platform stability and prevents abuse of the reward system.
After the 30-day period ends, withdrawals will be fully available again.
3. Withdrawals
Users may withdraw available balances at any time, except during active holding periods, security reviews, or system protection events.
Withdrawals may require verification checks to ensure account security.
Hermes reserves the right to delay withdrawals if suspicious or abusive activity is detected.
4. Rewards and Incentives
Rewards are provided as incentives for platform participation.
Hermes reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue rewards at any time without prior notice.
Abuse of reward systems may result in reward removal or account restrictions.
5. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Hermes is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
Security protections may include temporary restrictions to protect user funds.
6. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are not allowed:
Abuse of reward systems
Exploiting platform mechanics
Fraudulent or deceptive activity
Attempting to manipulate platform systems
Violations may result in account suspension or restricted access.
7. Platform Rights
Hermes reserves the right to:
Protect platform integrity
Restrict accounts involved in abuse or suspicious activity
Update platform features, rewards, and policies at any time
